I take risks that i may not be immediately successful
I embrace challenges even when success isn’t guaranteed right away, knowing that growth often comes from taking risks. I try to stay close with my goals, learning and adapting from each experience no matter the outcome.
I examine my thinking, seek feedback, reassess my work, and adjust.
This semester, I struggled a lot with my DNA project at first because I wasn’t sure how to organize my ideas. But I started to open up to feedback from my teacher and classmates, which helped me see what I needed to improve. I took their advice, reassessed my work, and made changes that helped me do better. I still need to work on managing my time better next year, but learning to accept feedback was a big step for me.
One thing I feel I have improved on this semester is my studying habits. I learned how to organize my time and focus better when preparing for tests and assignments. I can use this strength in my next Science 11 courses by continuing to study regularly and staying organized, which will help me understand the material better in class.
