Core competency reflection: one strategy or activity that stimulates my imagination is listening to music when I work.

When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I like to take a little walk to get me more calm and focused on the task at hand.

I show that I value feedback from my group by asking for there opinion and listening to what they have to say or what there opinion is.

Goal: one thing I would like to work on moving forward is to pay more attention and listen when the teachers is talking.
