Pancakes and Berry Sauce

THESE PANCAKES ARE THE BEST PANCAKES I’VE EVER HAD, AND I’VE HAD MANY PANCAKES IN MY LIFE. THESE PANCAKES ARE A FLOUR MIXTURE, QUICK BREAD, MUFFIN METHOD (PANCAKE METHOD) . THESE PANCAKES ARE VERY FLUFFY AND LIGHT AND ARE GREAT WITH THE BERRY SAUCE BECAUSE IT IS A SOFT WARM TOPPING. THE PRODUCT STANDARDS ARE FLUFFY, GOLDEN BROWN, THICK, LUMPY, SIMILAR IN SIZE AND SHAPE. THE PLACE OF ORIGIN IS ANCIENT GREECE.

The reason this is my favorite recipe is because it wasn’t a struggle to me it felt like I’ve made this 100 times. It was also very tasty and with the berry sauce it melted in your mouth. I also made this as my breakfast HomeLab.

Making and Sharing Reflections

For this Pancakes and Berry Sauce recipe I used a step-by-step plan to make this, and it came easy to me when I was cooking it. The step-by-step plan I followed was. Pancakes Step 1. Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees Fahrenheit, Step 2. 1000 ml liquid measure; whisk together dry ingredients, Step 3. 250 ml liquid measure; whisk egg, milk, and oil together, Step 4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients all at once. Combine with a whisk just to moisten (SOME LUMPS WILL REMAIN), Step 5. Pre-heat lightly greased frying pan with oil – on medium heat. Wait until pan is warm before you start cooking protein The pancake, Step 6. Pour 50 mL of batter for each pancake onto the frying pan. Cook 2 – 3 at a time, Step 7. Cook until bubbles on top begin to burst and sides are dry. DO NOT RUSH. Turn to cook the other side of Pancake until lightly browned. Turn only once, Step 8. Keep warm in oven while waiting for others to cook, Step 9. Plate pancakes. Add toppings to pancakes. Enjoy! Berry Sauce, Step 1. When the Pancakes are cooking you can start to cook the berry sauce. Add all ingredients to a pot, Step 2. Bring to a boil on medium-high, Step 3. Stir. Turn down to low-medium and cook until thickish
