In Social Studies this semester, I stayed mentally and physically healthy by staying organized and managing my time well, especially during group projects. One example is when we worked on the ancient civilization project. I made sure to take breaks when I felt overwhelmed and asked for help when I needed it. I also made sure to communicate clearly with my partner so we could all share the workload. This helped me stay focused, even when the work got challenging.
