My partner collaborated well when we were tying our dialysis tube. We had to first determine who was going to twist the tube and who was going to tie the string. Secondly, we had to discuss how tight to twist and where to tie the knot. It was then time to execute and we talked through what we were doing and how tight we were doing it the whole time.
Social Awareness/ Responsibility
I did my part in this lab to ensure that the lab would flow easily for the rest of my group. When I noticed a peer struggling I would offer to help instead of them just guessing and potentially poaching the lab. Likewise, if I needed help I would ask my peers for help so I didn’t ruin any of the experiment.
Basketball went well because we won 2 tournaments and made it to Fraser Norths. I barely made the team to playing a few minutes in most games and scoring 2-3 points in those few minutes. Physics went well as I got a B after putting in hard work to get it up from a C+.

In this infographic it gives you some tips on how you can keep you digital footprint positive. To make this infographic I used Venngage. I used Venngage because it was simple to navigate and very easy to edit and customize my work to what I wanted.
Personal/Social Competency Reflection
I know that my digital footprint has positive consequences like getting my name out to possible jobs and other important people that I might need in my life. But, with positives come negatives, some negatives include strangers with bad intentions knowing things about me or seeing pictures of me and even putting a spin on what I say to make me look bad. That’s why I know who my followers are and only post things that I wouldn’t mind my family and possible employers seeing.
My long term goal is to make I difference in peoples lives if that means making them laugh or just having a little chat with them online of course this will be when I’m older and have a little more experience to share. I can do this by making a YouTube channel perhaps or an account on what ever app is popular at the time. My short term goal is to keep my account positive and safe space for everyone who follows me. I can try to achieve this by removing negative comments from my posts or maybe having a little chat with the person who was being negative to check in with them and see if something was bothering them to the point they were being negative.
My main strategy to keep a good presence online is to keep things positive. I believe that keeping things positive online can really help others feel better about themselves. Another strategy I like to use to have a healthy experience online is to know who my followers are and I also try to stay away from talking to strangers.
To me technology is a coping mechanism it helped me connect with friends when we couldn’t see each other in person. Technology has kept my stress levels down for the most part in 2020; being able to talk to my friends really helped me stay calm from March through June. Technology was the light at the end of the tunnel for me and my wellbeing.
Pros & Cons of technology
One of the pros of technology is being able to connect with people from around the world. At the same time that can be a problem since you can’t be 100 percent certain who you are talking to. Another pro is you can get news, shop for clothes, get scores of sporting events and even watch shows or movies on the go. A problem with the news especially you don’t know if that actually happened or if it is the full story; making some news sources unreliable.
