Justification
Monday
We chose Parent A to cook on Monday because they have the most balanced schedule and we had them cook Beef and Spinach Lasagna to allow a smaller cooking for Tuesday.
Tuesday
We chose Parent B to cook rice on Tuesday because they still had leftovers from Monday and to allow them to eat before Teen 2’s soccer.
Wednesday
For Wednesday we chose Parent B and Teen 1 to cook Hot Dogs so Parent B can assist Teen 2 with something a bit more basic to cook so they can practice.
Thursday
Thursday we had Teen 1 cook a bit more B. Bean Tacos because of basketball, though some tacos will be leftover for Friday
Friday
We had Parent A and Teen 2 cook on Friday to have the 2 parents balance out their cooking and to help Teen 2 with their cooking.

Collaboration Reflection
We consulted eachother whenever we did something during the planning to make sure we all agreed on whatever we were doing and made sure we all filled out the checklist when we did something. Whenever we needed to share information with eachother we either shared the document or showed the sheet we need.
Our group had a shared Word document where we could all see the planning sheet without having to pass a paper around constantly, we also took advantage of the fact you could insert tables in Word to format our meal planning in a more straightforward way. I was familiar with using Word and Teams to share documents with groupmates but I didn’t actually know you could insert a table in Word until when we were doing the project.
We had members who had technology to work on the Word document and share with the members who didn’t to make sure everyone had a task. We also made sure everyone was doing something close to what they’re good at so we could spread out the work more efficiently.
On the meal planning sheet I worked with a member to organize the table with setting it up and placing things in the right block. I also helped out with figuring out what food to cook when to fit the times right. The entire group worked together to schedule everything properly and so that we all agreed on the solutions to every conflict.
