I manage stress in my life by either talking to my mom or dad about it. They help me calm down and come up with a plan about how to deal with what ever is bothering me. I can also manage my stress by talking a break. I do this by going to softball practices where I exercise and I only think about what is happening in the moment. I find that running is the best type of exercise to do when you are stressed because you only focus on your surroundings and trying to push through the pain. Technology has both negatively and positively impacted my stress level this year.
Negatively- because technology can distract me if I have to get something done and it might show me what others have done, which can put more pressure on me.
Positively- because technology can help me get information that I might need. For example if I have to get a project down for a class and I don’t know what the criteria is asking for, I can email my teacher for help. It also can give me ideas for my project ( if I had one) or give me extra resources that I might not have without it.

I demonstrate respectful, inclusive behavior:
I demonstrate respectful, inclusive behavior by listening to and giving all of my attention to whoever is speaking. I also demonstrate this by passing to all of my team mates, so that no one is left out.
I am kind to others, and support others when they need it:
I demonstrate being kind to others, and supporting others when they need it by passing the ball to all my team mates when playing a game. I also demonstrate this by waiting my turn to get basketballs from the rack and not pushing through the crowd.
I can explain when something is unfair and advocate for others:
I demonstrate being able to explain when something is unfair and advocate for others by telling the truth when a ball goes out and helping the other team if my team is fighting the truth. I also so this by saying when the teams are unfair.
