Core Competency Goals

When I need to boost my mood or re-focus. I take short breaks in between whatever I’m doing to help re-focus or boost my mood. During the breaks I might walk around for a bit, look through my phone, or listen to music. Doing so helps me increase my focus or re-focus on my tasks. I’ve learned that this was a great way to help me whenever I need it. I want to continue doing this goal as its beneficial.

In discussions and conversations, I help to build and extend understanding by. During discussions I try to ask questions. Doing so will help me understand the topic more of what were talking. I find it better to ask questions rather than not knowing what to do. My goal is to continue asking questions and for help whenever I need it.

I appreciate feedback on… and prefer it comes in the form of. I appreciate any type of feedback. As it will help me improve whenever I receive feedback on anything. I can understand what I did wrong and what I could do better next time. My goal is to try to ask for more feedback since I rarely try to ask for any.
