Overall, the Daily Lifestyle Tracker was a good addition to my routine as it allowed me to improve on my bad habits and weaknesses.
what aspect of your lifestyle do you think you could improve upon?
I could definitely improve on my sleep habits, on school weeks I normally get 5-6 hours of sleep, 7 if I’m really lucky. To improve my sleeping patterns, I could incorporate relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises or meditation before bedtime to help unwind and prepare my body for sleep. Additionally, prioritizing regular exercise and a balanced diet can promote my overall well-being and enhance my quality of sleep.
