Personal/Social Competency Reflection
My teachers’ TEAMS pages is helpful to me because they have the all the information for me to be able to finish my homework on if I’m away. I could also seek support just by texting if I had questions. I make digital ethical choices such as not commenting mean things on other people’s posts, not posting things that would have a negative impact on others and keeping my passwords different for each account. I do these to stay safe online and protect my personal information. Some of my preferred strategies for maintaining a healthy, balanced online presence include not watching your phone at night. It’s bad for your eyesight and affects your sleep. Another strategy I use is limit down my screen time to at least 5 hours per day. That way you won’t be too addicted to watch on your phone and you won’t overuse your eyes.
