This semester I’m grateful for all my teachers that helped me throughout all their courses, they really helped me to improve my knowledge and get skills I will need in the future. Also, I’m grateful for my friends who helped me with studding. I am grateful for all the opportunities this school gave me to improve my learning and socials skills. All people that I know in Centennial one way, or another affected my school life, and I am very happy that now I have this experience. This school year gave me a lot of valuable lessons that I’m sure will be useful in the future.

What are the most important ways my experience with the Song Project demonstrates personal and social strength?

I think the most important way my experience with Song Project demonstrates my personal and social strength is when I got to present my project. I not a big fan of presenting or sharing with class but I tried my best to make it in the greatest way possible with my poor speaker’s skills. I practiced reading presentation a lot of times the days before and on the day of presentation. Even though it is my biggest fear to do public speaking I manage to go over this and present it, and I think my presentation turned out to be rather good. I think with that assignment I improved my presenting skills and made my fear of public speaking better than it was.

health & Well-being Reflection

A) My biggest stress is studying. I can often be unsure of what I am doing or I don’t know what I need to study. This often makes me feel anxious and depressed and lowers my motivation to do anything else. But despite all this, there are things that make me not be so stressed. I use calming aroma oils and knitting, this creates the right atmosphere for me to rest and relax my mind.

B) Digital devices usually helps me with my stress and anxiety level. I can listen to relaxing music, watch videos with relaxation techniques, etc. although it usually has a negative impact on my sleep schedule and causes me to stay up for long periods of time. Some healthy habits that can help you use your devices healthier include setting a time after which you should not use your phone, this will help establish a sleep schedule and help you cope with phone addiction.

Personal/Social Competency Reflection

Many people around the world are using so social media every day. Social media is a great way to get famous or make your creative popular, but other than a good side internet has many dangerous moments. People can find your address, your personal information or rob you or it can ruin your reputation. there is some advice for you to stay safe and don’t be worried about your footprint.

Footprints have both positive and negative consequences, for example your employer can look through your social media to see your personality and opinion. it’s good thing for you to not post offensive comments and not use curse words, this way you will show that you are a non-conflictive person. Always post propriate pictures on your account, this way chance of you get hired increasing.

you should make ethical digital choices for your own and people’s safety. there is quite a lot of times happened that people harmed themselves or did even worse things because of comments or video about them. and in order to avoid be one of those people who’s making others feel, bad you should always do polite and non-aggressive comments. also, polite comments will make you be safe because there were not few times when someone finds address of their haters and do bad things to them.

Some of the ways you can build safety relationship with people online is not telling your personal information. some not good people may stalk you if you accidently tell them your location or where you are living. some recommendations that I want to give you is post your picture later after you took it, people can understand where you at this moment are if you post is immediately. Also try not to picture name of the streets you live next to or your house, someone can easily find your location
