This lap was a self assessment and you had to preform and cook it by yourself to show Ms. Bolli where your cooking skills are at and if you are able to read a recipe correctly. I don’t personally prefer pears but this cake alone was delicious as is. My favourite part of making this dish was the spiraling of the fruit which I believe is beautiful. I would rate this recipe a 3 star because I don’t personally like pears but it was good. I recommend this recipe because its a great at home treat for you and your family.
