Personal/Social Competency Reflection
Some of my preferred strategies for maintaining a healthy, balanced online presence include limiting and watching how much time I spend online. Creating a screen time limit or even a schedule is helpful to see how much time you are spending online, and how this can affect what other activities you can and cannot do.
My values around working hard at home and at school inform my decisions about how much time I spend on my personal divise engaging in recreational activities. This means making sure I can balance things like online activity and recreational activities while focusing on school.
Some of the ways I work to build and maintain online relationships is making sure to respond positivity while being cautious about only maintaining an online relationship. Sometimes what you say by text cannot translate what you actually meant to say, and the other person can take this wrongly.
