Personal/Social Competency Reflection
In this assignment, I have learned about my digital support network with websites like the EduBlog and Canva. I have also used apps like Microsoft Teams and Word. My online support network is helpful to me because it allows me to connect to school from home and work on assignments.
In this project, I’ve learned about how to keep a good digital footprint and make a positive difference to my peers by doing things like thinking before I post and not sharing excessive personal information. I already knew most of the concepts before working on this assignment, but this really solidified my understanding of the concepts.
I know that my digital footprint can have positive and negative consequences, like an employer googling my name and getting a positive or negative idea of me. I accordingly adjust my actions by rarely posting publicly, posting only positive content, and not oversharing about myself or others.
