Before making the recipe i fill out the needed information to proceed by reading the recipe and filling the recipe out, when I making the breakfast hash I worked collaboratively and worked with my team very well in order to create our recipe. we all communicated and supported each other through out the lab. when cooking, I use the appropriate tools/equipment’s to assist my self or the team to create the recipe.
Core Competency Reflection
Communication
examples of where i communicated clearly and purposefully can be seen during my labs with my partner and team. Where i would support each other and myself with information needed to complete our lab. while working in the kitchen i help build and extend understanding by going through with each other and communicate to see if we are clear and all understand the recipe
Collaboration
one of the ways i ensure my group is clear on the common purpose is to review with my partner or group before the lab. if they were not clear, we would help support them.
Goal
one goal i have for myself moving forward is that in the future i would review the recipe more often so i won’t make a mistake
During the lab, I demonstrated collaboration by working with my partner to achieve a goal which was to make the four chemicals and to make notes. We both take on roles and responsibilities to bring and place chemicals, while doing that, we switch with each others roles and responsibilities to do each others share by taking and bring the chemicals to the table and watching them and cleaning up after.
Some skills I have developed to make my creative activities better are when i am writing the idea, i can imply my ideas to show what it means by using text speeches and name tags to label what characters are doing and saying
When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I would take a stretch to ease the stress or take a small break to then go back to focus on to the work to then finish the project
At year 0, we start at 80k and with 16.07% we go on with year 1 with $92,856 with 10k in savings
At year 1, we are at $92,856 and with 16.07% after this year we will have $100,065.48 with 20k in saving
Year 2, we are now at $100,065.48 with 16.07% and will now become $126,459.56 with a 30k saving
year 3, we reached our goal passing $120,000 with 30k extra profit with a Grand-Total of $156459.56

At year 2, we now have $92,856 but we had a 1-year drop which stopped us at $88,057.62
Year 3 puts us at a total of $88,057.62 with our saving of 30k, our Grand-Total will be $118,057.62
the strength to my solution/strategy is that if your business goes great, you could get 30k more money than the down payment you were going for but say your business goes 1 year drop your money is now 2k less than the down payment so going for stock can take a risk but if your business goes well the difference between GIC and stock is a big gap and can gain 30k profit while a GIC can get you to your
collaboration and contributions
I found working with my group alright because of how our group progressed through questions and problems we had but, we did lack participation in our group. My contribution to my group is helping on difficult question and doing some work and my groups contribution to me was doing almost the whole work. It depends on what solution they proposed, if they proposed a good solution, we would but if its solution is not as good, we may not accept it. I would rate myself a 2 and my group a 3

Personal/Social Competency Reflection
Some of my preferred strategies for maintaining a healthy, balanced online presence is to not click links that is not from anyone i know as they can do anything to me. Another way is to not post anything that could harm both the poster and receiver.
I make digital ethical choices such as considering commenting on people’s posts in order prevent harm to the both of us.
some of the ways I work and maintain online relationship is to not hurt other’s feelings by rethinking how it will affect them.
