One of the ways I ensure my group in clear on the common purpose is to ask they if they understand or explain something twice. If I did something I will ask my partner or partners if why I did is good to them and they agree with what I wrote
If I notice people getting bored or talking about random things, that’s a sign that my group needs help and we ca get support by asking the people around us. We can also get help by asking the teacher what were supposed to do or re-read the instructions.
I show other that I truly value their contributions by saying its good but by asking them to say more about what they are saying.
