Earthworm dissection Communication Reflection

In Life Sciences this semester one of the labs we were required to complete was the dissection of an earthworm. Completing this lab demonstrated my communication skills because we worked in pairs which required my lab partner and I to communicate effectively in order to complete the lab properly, and in an organized and timely fashion. We had to work together and communicate what we needed from each other in terms of jobs, information, setup, and cleanup. Any time there were disagreements or opposing ideas of opinions we came to a resolution that allowed us to move forward and to keep on the same page in terms of the task at hand. Overall I think it was a successful lab and a proficient demonstration of both my partner and my communication skills.
