nutrition can help you by giving vital nutrition like fats vitamins and carbs for your body to work. This Helps you at school to be more concentrated more energized and you have less brain fog to make you think clearer. It helps you in sports to conserve energy while running and also helps with your energy consumption during races. With out the nutrition that the foods give you you would have multiple health problems that will impact on energy and focus. Some words that described my year are fun, tiring, at times boring. happy . I had fun this year because i made new friends i saw my old friend and i found most of the classes enjoyable and fun . But it was also boring at times because some classes where more talking and less activities and in those classes i was mostly alone except some people that i knew. my tab reading skills and my chord reading because i love to learn songs by tab because its easier and faster and i have been rerading tab for my whole guitar journey and chords is the same thing but i need to get better at note reading because its hard looking at it and knowing the not and playing it.

my top priorities in the coming weeks are making my work more quality with more detail and take more time on it. I’m going to do this by taking more time in class and taking more time at home to do these assignments. To make it more quality i’m going to be more focused and work harder bring everything i need and ask for help if i need to. completing an assignment is hard for me because i get distracted very easily by random thing and i forget the assignment until last moment and just putting the thongs it needs and thinking what to put is hard the thing that makes complete the assignments is the mark i’m going to get and because its hard to pay attention in class when the teacher is talking because i just zone out and i’m in my own little work . whats easy for me to do is just not pay attention and forget everything and just writing down what i’m thinking and its easy foe me to write about things i love doing like playing music or going out with friends and when i get assignments like that its easy for me to write about those things. I enjoy partner activities because hearing the all the ideas and putting into one is fun and it makes me think more differently than what i think when i’m doing a individual activity.
