it assisted me because it gave me where to go to get my information for my arguments and it saved me from spending more time to look for the articles and it told me the best websites to use

B) How did you ensure that the work you created was still your own, rather than just a product of the AI 

i went to a website that the ai gave me and i read untill i had a brief understanding of the article and and explained it in my own words

C) Did you agree with the position you had to argue? Why or why not

i did not agree because in times of revolution and protest there isn’t a non violent choice its always fighting and it works just works like in all wars and revolutions

my assignment was about making a presentation about digital detox and the benefits of having one

this project made me think that technology is an addiction that ones in a long time u need a digital detox to give your brain a break and help u focused on better things like work or homework or like sports

i would consider a digital detox because i need a break from social media once in a while to think and concentrate on other things

I work with others to achieve a goal. i show this by playing a variety of sports and working together as a team to achieve the goal of winning and fun and by helping people that dont know exactly hoe to play the game

I take on roles and responsibilities in a group; I do my share. this is shown by me taking the roles of different positions in games like in soccer i plat goal keeper and in other games i play the attacking

I participate in classroom or group activities that improve the class, this is shown by my playing in new sports or sports that i have played and shown in the weight room as when we finish early and do core

I can identify my strengths and identify my potential. I’m working on this because i don’t know my potential in different sports or wights and I’m trying to see what more i can do to see my potential as a student and a player in sports to achive this goal i have to do new things and new exercises to buld and look into what i can be and see my potential

Core Competency Reflection

· An example of something I have spent a lot of time learning about in guitar is…

my finger picking because it was hard for me to play fingerpicking but now I’m actually pretty good at fingerpicking and i find it more fun than like normal picking and my note reading skills have improved but im still working on it because it is still hard but if i put my mind into it i can achieve that goal pf getting better

when at the start of the class the whole class plays the songs and it sounds really cool and the assignemnt that we had to get into groups and play a song together it was hard but we did it and i like the note reading activities we did with groups and that we could play and help eachother

my tab reading skills and my chord reading because i love to learn songs by tab because its easier and faster and i have been rerading tab for my whole guitar journey and chords is the same thing but i need to get better at note reading because its hard looking at it and knowing the not and playing it.

communication competency

my artifact silver lab

this shows my communication competency as i can communicate with my peers to achieve a common goal for example for the silver lab me and my peer had to convert copper into silver with a chemical substance and we had to communicate and give ourselves roles to achieve this common goal of completing this assignment this shows how i have gotten better at communicating and giving myself the confidents to communicate and my goal is to get better at doing solo projects but also communicate better and be more confident and to explain myself better but also i have to get better at paying attention because as im paying attention i tend to get distracted by something that’s not relative to what the teacher is a talking about to get better at this i have to try to ignore more distractions to stay focused on the speaker.

this assignment was hard to so because it really made me see my pros and cons for example a con for me to the is putting devices in the poem and presenting because i have stage fright and making the the time i need to get but it also demonstrated my pros like choosing the topic and writing about it and getting the ideas to put in the poem and i liked the assignment because it made me go out of my comfort zone im looking forward to getting better at the things that are hard for me like stage fright and including the devises and also getting better and choosing new ideas and writing about them

What will be one or two of your top priorities in the coming weeks for these last few assignments we will be doing in English 9? Think not only about the finished product of your work, but also about the process you will use or change when you approach these assignments.

my top priorities in the coming weeks are making my work more quality with more detail and take more time on it. I’m going to do this by taking more time in class and taking more time at home to do these assignments. To make it more quality i’m going to be more focused and work harder bring everything i need and ask for help if i need to. By doing this i hope to get better marks and get an overall better mark in this course.

completing an assignment is hard for me because i get distracted very easily by random thing and i forget the assignment until last moment and just putting the thongs it needs and thinking what to put is hard the thing that makes complete the assignments is the mark i’m going to get and because its hard to pay attention in class when the teacher is talking because i just zone out and i’m in my own little work . whats easy for me to do is just not pay attention and forget everything and just writing down what i’m thinking and its easy foe me to write about things i love doing like playing music or going out with friends and when i get assignments like that its easy for me to write about those things. I enjoy partner activities because hearing the all the ideas and putting into one is fun and it makes me think more differently than what i think when i’m doing a individual activity.

Persuasion and Advertising Learning

i used band waging because i used it on play on all your favourite songs

i chose the colours because it felt more serious i was going for those black and white ads that i see on watch advertisements and i used canva to make the ad and for the image i used the AI feature on canva and i used the steak night font

advertisement is a fun way to explore your creativity by making your own ad with your idea and its fun too because u can make it how u want and figure out how to make it better

I used to think about advertisement and now I know… because …

i used to think ads where really boring to make and really simple to make but now i know that is teally complicated to make an ad from scratch and its also very fun to make one because its hard to find the images or the idea or the visualisation and its also fun to make one because it explores the creativity and you watch everything fall into place
