nutrition can help you by giving vital nutrition like fats vitamins and carbs for your body to work. This Helps you at school to be more concentrated more energized and you have less brain fog to make you think clearer. It helps you in sports to conserve energy while running and also helps with your energy consumption during races. With out the nutrition that the foods give you you would have multiple health problems that will impact on energy and focus. This picture reprsents that eating can taste good and have great nutrition because of protein in meat and veggies.

I am kind to others, and support others when they need it. i show this when i explain the activity to my friends when they don’t understand it and also when they get hurt i help them get up and ask if they are ok

I participate in classroom or group activities that improve the class, school, or community

i always participate in class room activities shown by soccer and weight room units

I demonstrate respectful, inclusive behaviour

I never complain if i ever get put into different teams

comparing your life to others and feeling bad for what u don’t have that feeling good about what u have. And do harmful trends like on tik tok there was a trend to lick every disgusting thing that u can find

what should youth do to use technology safely and positively

they should be aware of the risks that come to social media like for example fake websites that steal ur info or influencers telling u to buy their product and at times crypto

by doing my … online i can make positive differences to my peers. I can express myself more by working online and make it easier for my piers to check my work and help me and I can help them. and I find it easier to finish my work. and my work is more detailed and easier to read.

my online support network is helpful because they. They explain things I don’t understand when i ask for help. And they show me step by step on how to do my work when I don’t understand

some of my preferred strategies to maintain a healthy, balance online presence. include not being mean to any race or gender when I am playing games or texting or commenting. And treat everybody fairly to not get any arguments.
