Technology can be extremely stressful, but it can also be a great way to deal with stress. For me personally, I can use technology talk to my friends, watch shows and movies that make me happy, and listen to music that I like. All of these things can help me relax and increase my mood. Technology has been really important to me these past couple years, especially during quarantine when it was the only way I could communicate with my friends. Technology can also be a cause of stress. The pressures and negative aspects of social media, the challenges of having to learn how to use new websites and apps, and using technology to try and keep track of schoolwork. These things cause me stress. There are many pros and cons to technology, however, with all the benefits, for me technology is a good thing.
