A) The main causes of stress and anxiety in my life are troubles around friendship and school. To manage my anxiety, I go to therapy sessions every two weeks. I write in my journal when I feel stressed out. Writing down my thoughts has always helped me regulate my emotions. I do stretching/exercise and it helps me feel less stressed or anxious.
B) To manage my screen time, I can set limits on how much time I can spend on every app. I will incorporate more things off of a screen in my life. Devices can increase stress because of stories about things going on in the world. The internet often exaggerates, but it can still be stressful. Lots of people are attached to their phones and can anxious and stress due to it without even realizing. When being online constantly, we begin to appreciate our actual life less.
