I haven’t been put in very stressful situations this year but if I was stressed out this is how technology helped me. I love music more then anything I listen to hours of music per day so whenever I felt stressed I would find a new album to listen to and let that distract me. Another thing I resort to is my Xbox because when I go on I can talk to my friends and enjoy time on it without worrying about anything else. Technology isn’t the best way to lower stress but time to time it can help when other things are not a available.
