I personally manage my stress levels by playing my favourite video games, NHL 24 and Fortnite. I believe that technology is a coping mechanism. Technology has impacted my stress levels by, when I feel stressed out i will go play a video game with my friends or watch Netflix or Youtube. At the same time my phone has caused me a lot of stress through procrastinating. Whenever I have a lot of school work or wanting to practice lacrosse I will almost always procrastinate for anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours. I can use technology to support my wellbeing by limiting my daily screen time and try to get my school work done as soon as I go home.
I have always found it easy to be apart of a group. Ever since i was a little kid I have always been the most talkative kid in almost all of my classes. I have always had trouble staying silent for long periods of time. I have always believed that talking and laughing is the best medicine. I take an active part in group or classroom activities that aim for improving the overall happiness of our class, school, and community. I work with others to begin efforts that build an inclusive setting which helps all in the neighborhood. I take the time to think about the impact of my decisions on the environment and community, attempt to understand what they mean, and then I take part in smallĀ and large scale projects to bring about positive changes that improve the worth of our surroundings.
