
This a chipotle bowl. I contributed this bowl to my wellbeing by choosing ingredients that were healthy, filling and satisfying. I ate this with my mom, which made it a more enjoyable experience. I can apply the things I’ve learnt in active health by choosing healthier food choices, and have more knowledge on my body and what it needs. Eating healthy food can help you feel less stressed. It also gives you energy to stay active and focused.

I am kind to others, and support them when they need it. Whenever someone doesn’t understand something, I help them navigate through it and complete what they need to do.
I find it easy to be a part of a group. I’m not afraid to share my ideas, help others in the group and put in effort.
I demonstrate respectful, inclusive behaviour. Whenever someone says something I don’t agree with, I respectfully explain my point of view and why I don’t agree. I try to constantly be inclusive of everyone.
