My painted tote bag tells my story by using colors, shapes, and symbols that represent things that are important to me. I chose these designs carefully because they reflect my creativity, my values, and the experiences that shape who I am. The colors remind me of moments in my life that made me grow, while the shapes and patterns show my unique way of thinking. Each detail was used to express how I see the world and the things I care about. Through this design, I was able to show my personal thoughts and creativity in a simple yet meaningful way. It’s not just a bag, it’s a reflection of who I am and how I think.
This a chipotle bowl. I contributed this bowl to my wellbeing by choosing ingredients that were healthy, filling and satisfying. I ate this with my mom, which made it a more enjoyable experience. I can apply the things I’ve learnt in active health by choosing healthier food choices, and have more knowledge on my body and what it needs. Eating healthy food can help you feel less stressed. It also gives you energy to stay active and focused.
Core Competency Reflection
I am kind to others, and support them when they need it. Whenever someone doesn’t understand something, I help them navigate through it and complete what they need to do.
I find it easy to be a part of a group. I’m not afraid to share my ideas, help others in the group and put in effort.
I demonstrate respectful, inclusive behaviour. Whenever someone says something I don’t agree with, I respectfully explain my point of view and why I don’t agree. I try to constantly be inclusive of everyone.

Personal / Social Competency reflection
I know that my digital footprint can have both positive and negative consequences such as problems with jobs and universities, and that if my digital footprint isn’t positive, then things will be much harder for me. If I have a positive digital footprint, colleges and employers can see that I have a positive attitude and am good with other people. If I have a negative digital footprint, employers and universities will see that I am not a good person, and not a good fit for them. Adjusting your actions to either not posting or commenting at all, or only post positive things.
Some plans I have with my digital spaces is to learn and understand how to use them, and use them properly. I want to use them in the best way I can and make sure my assignments are the best they can possibly be. I can do this by exploring the programs and playing around with them until I understand the different functions and features, and practicing using fake assignments. Along with this, I will seek help from teachers and people at the tech centre in the library.
By supporting people and giving tips online, I make a positive difference. I always try to be kind and help others and encourage them in any wah I possibly can, not just for my digital footprint, but because I hope to help thise people and make them feel better than theey were before.
