What I learned In Lab 20C
A Titration is a method used to to find the concentration of a known acid or base through the use of an indicator. In lab 20C we used a titration to find the concentration of HCL using NAOH and Phenolphthalein. The endpoint of a titration is when the acid and base have an equal concentration and have therefor neutralize each other. The end point in lab 20C was when the Phenolphthalein turned pink for fifteen seconds after a drop of NAOH was added. We found that the concentration of HCL was approximately 0.129 plus or minus 1.6 percent.

Core Competencies Reflection
My strategies for collecting relevant information for specific tasks include following the procedure for the lab carefully and thoroughly.
I use evidence to make judgements or decisions as demonstrated in this in my calculations after the lab was completed as I used evidence from it to find the concentration of HCL.
my goal is that when I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I want to do so calmly and quickly. I will do this by counting to ten in my head.
