Rustic Bread

Making and Sharing Reflection
Firstly, making rustic bread was a great experience where I worked individually but also learned from others when needed. I followed a clear step-by-step plan: reading the recipe carefully, filling out the recipe worksheet, and actively participating in the demonstrations. Nevermore, I made changes as needed, like adding more water when the dough was too dry. Being flexible and paying close attention helped me succeed in making the bread. For myself, this taught me how important preparation and adapting during cooking really are.
Next, after making the rustic bread, I decided to share it with my family because they enjoy homemade bread the most. Sharing it with them helped me get honest feedback on the taste and texture. Furthermore, together, we critically evaluated the recipe and agreed that the bread was crusty on the outside and soft inside, which was a success. However, we also thought it could be improved by letting the dough rise a little longer next time for a fluffier texture. Overall, in the end, sharing the bread made the experience more meaningful and helped me learn how to improve for future baking.
