Curricular Competency Reflection

For my poster board, I used Canva. The reason of this choice was because Canva has many inspiring and colourful features where you could really show off your artistic skills. Like mentioned before, I used a technical tool named Canva. I planned, designed, and finished my product on Canva. I want to showcase my poster online through Instagram. I believe Instagram/social media is the best place for this poster because I want the younger generation to see this. I reflected on my poster by asking my friends and family (younger members of my family) what they thought on my poster and if they would read it. they all said yes!

Core Competency Reflection

In discussions and conversations, I help to build and extend understanding by asking for help from my peers and googling my problems to see if I could understand it further. When I need to work collaboratively with people I don’t know well, I treat them like anyone else. Just because someone isn’t my friend doesn’t mean I should push them away. When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I like to take a break, go on a walk and practice my breathing.
