In this unit 3 things that I learned were recognizing the emergency, using the proper training to identify the issue effectively and efficiently, I also learned a fast and efficient way to check the abc’s. From the training and information that I learned I will be able to use it in an emergency situation instead of just standing and watching. I found that this training was extremely helpful because I got to learn how different people react to drugs. People who often are users of drugs and alchohol are used to the different effects it maybe cause but people who don’t use them will have a harsher reaction to stronger drugs. Alcohol can effect the body in many ways which was cool to learn about and also helpful because it can prevent people from drinking alcohol if they know the effect it does to their body.

I can analyze evidence to make judgements, I can do this in a potential emergency situation by assessing the state of a patient using the abc’s. This could be helpful in the future in case I may need to use my training.
I was not there for it, so I had to do this lab on my own I was given the sheet with the information I just had to do the calculations. In this lab I showed critical thinking because I worked independently and answered the equations on my own with no help from any group members. I can ask open ended questions to gather information, I showed this by asking my science teacher for help then I used that information I received to answer my questions on the worksheet that I received. I would like to improve my collaboration skills, I can show this by being involved with my group members and asking them questions. Next time we do group projects I will try to be more involved I work better when I’m in a group with people that I know. Another area I could show improvement is using my time wisely I was barely there for that class so next time I will try to gather some information from my group member before I leave.
I chose collaborating for this projects because I collaborated with my peers and teachers when I needed help or when I was stuck on something. This project was really fun to make and I am really happy with the way it turned out.
In this photo the meal has all the nutritious things a person needs in a meal, for protein there is chicken, for vegetables I have potatoes, broccoli, and beans, for carbs the coating on the chicken, and my potatoes. I really enjoy having meals like this because eating all the foods that you need in one meal makes you feel very good after you shouldn’t feel too gross like after eating a greasy meal. When cooking I prefer not to use to much salt, butter, or oil because consuming to much of these can be bad for your system sodium can cause mild-severe dehydration, and having to much oil or butter can cause blockages in you bowels as butter has a lot of fats. Yams should be you go to potatoes rather than the regular white potatoes the reasoning for this is because yams are higher in potassium and fiber. Yams have a lot less natural sodium than regular potatoes which makes yams better for you because to much sodium is not good for you as I mentioned earlier.

I find it easy to be part of a group because it makes it more fun I do not like working alone especially not for pe. it is not always super fun working in groups when you are not with people you know or very much like, but it is much better than having to work alone and figure everything out on your own.
I demonstrate respectful, inclusive behavior I show this in group work I am respectful to the people that I am working with and I try to be inclusive when I see someone working alone or if someone is without a group and mine is not full I try to invite others.
I can explain when something is unfair and advocate for others if I or someone else notices that something is unfair or not very kind I will usually say something.
Take recipe out of duotang and read through it multiple times ingredient person sets up their tray and grabs their ingredients from the middle table. Unit person gets all kitchen appliances and ingredients out and ready for use. par cook potatoes well some of the other veggies are cooking once all things are cooked add egg to pan and put into the oven until the egg is cooked to your liking

This recipe turned out really good because the food was fully cooked very flavourful and very colourful. All the ingredients were fully cooked nothing was undercooked or too soft. Everyone in my group worked well together and made sure the food was cooked properly and on time.

If there is disagreement within the group, I find it helpful to give tasks to each member of my group otherwise the disagreement will get worse, and we will noy know what to do. When there is a disagreement, and we can’t figure out what to do we usually ask our peer tutor.
I know the group is working well together when I hear/ see people smiling or getting along with each other. When the group is working well together, we are not disorganized, and we cook well together.

at first, I looked online, then I added my own ideas to how I thought my character would look.
· How did you choose the plot points?
When I was reading my book, I had to write down everything that happened for each section that I read. Once I got this assignment I went back and looked at all the stuff that I had written and chose the things that seemed the most important.

The book that I read started when the kid was in his car and then he got on plane but other than those two things the whole entire book took place in a forest somewhere in the Canada territories, so that was how I chose my setting for my project.

I chose the word survival, the reason why I chose the word survival was because the book was about a kid named Brian using his hatchet to try and survive in the wood he did not know how long he would have to survive for but at first it was hard for him but as he learned new skills to survive he felt confidant.

If I felt like I was using the same word to many times I would go online and find other words for it and use those or if I felt like the word was to bland I would do the same thing. When I needed a picture I went online and looked at pictures that were eye catching I did not want my project to seem too boring.
