I manage the stress in my life by, putting all the pent-up emotions into physical exercise. For me, technology can be both an escape and a cause of stress. Constantly comparing myself to those I see on the internet can be massively draining, on the other hand, I use those people as inspiration and motivation to better myself every day. This year I have tried to distance myself from technology as much as possible. Deleting social media, and becoming more aware that technology can be a great escape, but hiding from issues doesn’t do anything. Through the limit, I put on technology I have developed a stronger resolve and have been able to confront issues head-on. Technology can boost your well-being to a certain extent. Having conversations with friends and family, you wouldn’t be able to see. can help, especially during tougher times. It makes you feel like you aren’t alone.
