Make a step-by-step plan for production
- Boil the water with 5ml of salt
- Add Pasta + Stir
- Cook 7-9ish minutes until al dente
- Drain into colander – run cold water over pasta
While Pasta is Cooking
- Grate Cheese
- Finely dice onions, then Saute with butter, add chicken breast 3-4 minutes on Medium Low heat
- Add Flour, salt, pepper, mustard + hot sauce cook 1-2 minutes
- Remove pot from heat, slowly add milk – whisking constantly
- return pot to heat, Turn heat to medium-high whisk constantly, boil for 1 minute
- Add Cheese, stir until cheese is melted. Then add buffalo sauce
- Taste – Season – More Sauce – Taste
- Add Pasta, then stir
- Take pot off the heat
- grab tortillas, begin wrapping the macaroni in the tortilla
- Little bit of olive oil in the pan, and seer the burritos till slightly crisp, with browning on the outside
- Enjoy, with salsa and sour cream

As a sport Muay Thai is very self driven, besides the help of a coach you are mostly on your own. You are responsible for your own victories and are responsible for your own defeats.
