pros and cons about group groupwork

pro

A pro for group work is that there are more people at work and therefore the work may be done better and quicker due to the teamwork put together by an effective group.

con

A con for group work is that the work may not turn out completely as what you hoped it be as each member needs to compromise to each others differing ideas for the project that you guys are working on.

core competencies

If there is a disagreement in my group I find it helpful to ask everyone what we should do about the disagreement and then work together to create a common solution to the problem

I show others that I truly value their contributions by respecting their part of the project and giving them freedom to create and work on their own.

I know the group is working well when I hear/see proper communication such as people working together and adding their own ideas to the project while others accept the given ideas.

Examples of where I communicated clearly and purposefully can be seen when I helped answer questions on the math group’s discord server to help my group groupmates.
