Core Competency Self-Reflection

This lab was a huge success due to my partner and I’s communication skills. My partner and I were assisting each other whenever possible, and never arguing back or complaining. Whenever we needed to grab new chemicals, metals, or wash something we knew that doing that task would make our lab even better. We talked to each other through the entire lab making sure that we knew what to do, so there would be no confusion and the result would be our best possible work. For me, I considered each of my partner’s ideas, and when I did not understand or agree with something I would reach out and explain my reasoning to my partner. This showed in our ability to finish the lab in one day, get every result, and fully understand each procedure in the lab.
