The most important way to stay safe on the internet to me is to not meet up with strangers. You can never know what a person’s intentions are, especially online. In person you can tell if a person is nervous or upset but when you’re texting someone you can’t. Also, it’s a really bad idea to meet up with someone and you don’t know what thew look like it’s very easy for someone to pretend to be someone they’re not online.
The second most important one to me is that you should be aware of scams. Either that’s a video game account, bank account or whatever. This also falls under the category of not sharing your password. People will lie to you saying they will help you get the best deals but lots of the time there probably lying. The best thing to do is your own research on the topic so that you know if they’re lying or not.
