Lemon Blueberry Muffins
Making and Sharing Reflection
I chose our lemon blueberry muffins as my favourite recipe. One of the things I enjoyed about creating this recipe was the easy to follow instructions. Having a clear recipe made it possible to not have much waste in products. Different from making cakes I enjoy using the cupcake trays which made it easier to share our muffins with friends and family. My parents were pleased to be able to try my muffins . They were very surprised with the flavour and moisture they had. I enjoyed baking these delicious muffins and enjoyed eating them as well.

The ways I communicate while cooking differ from how I communicate at volleyball are more precise. In the kitchen we can’t make mistakes as it can lead to injuries and a failed recipe. In Volleyball we tend to communicate more for team motivation and spirit. They both do require group participation to achieve wins and product delivery.

Things I think about before dividing tasks amongst the group include, their strengths and weaknesses. Some of us are better at mixing recipes, others gathering all ingredients, and others at cleaning/washing dishes.

One goal I have for myself going forward is not being distracted by other groups. I would like to discuss with my own group instead and concentrate on delivering a great recipe.
