My grade nine year
Like most other grade nines, going into highschool made me a little nervous because I wasn’t sure what it would be like. I was nervous that I might get lost or that I wouldn’t be very good at it. However, after a few days I started to get used to it and realized it’s really not that different from middle school when you look at it. Over the terms I have gotten to meet a lot of new people and become really close friends with some of them. My favorite thing about this year was that I got to chose some of the classes I wanted to do and that I was able to leave school grounds during lunch which I wasn’t allowed to do before.

I chose this website because whenever im doing research for something I always go to google because I find that it is the best website for finding the information I need. It also gives me a vast amount of trusted websites to use that have reliable information.

Ever since I was little I would always watch bill nye in science class and even this year we watched a little bit of it. Bill nye the science guy is an iconic science show that i’m sure almost everyone has watched in there science class at least once. The show is not just informational but it also brings a sense of fun into learning about science.

The reason why I chose this photo is because at the start of the first semester I joined the grade nine girls volleyball team. This was one of the best times I had this year because it was so much fun to play with my friends. I really enjoyed travelling for different tournaments and I’m so glad I was able to be a part of it. Because of this I think I have gained a lot of experience and skills that I would like to take with me next year for when I try out again.

The reason I chose this quote is because in a way I can relate to it. There have been times where I was scared of what was ahead of me and I didnt want to take any risks. However I realised that I would never get better if I didn’t push myself and take a chance. Looking back i’m so glad i took risks because I never would have known if i could do it without trying.
