My Grade 9 Year
This year I learned that making mistakes are ok. I learned that it takes time to become successful at something like for me Math. When learning new things in Math it took a bit of time to understand what I was doing, but after I figured it out it became really easy. I also learned to make friends and work with other people. It taught me to work with others even though it was hard. I had to be patient with others and not get ahead of myself. This year also taught me how different school is and what a step up it was from middle school. I got to go to different classrooms and see different teachers for each subject. I got to have freedom at lunch and I enjoyed that. I also enjoyed having a late start to school. It gave me time to sleep longer.
My Favourite Website
https://www.citationmachine.net
I chose this website because I’ve used this with my work all year. It makes my life easier when citing work.
My Favourite Video
I chose this video because it was really helpful through my first semester. I used this video to get me through one of my math units and I went from getting 55% on my quiz to 94% on my unit test.
My Favourite Image

I chose that Image because it was the first book I read in English and it was really good. It resonates with me since it was such a good love story. Definitely not something that happens in real life but a nice fantasy.
My Favourite Quote
” How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard” – Winnie the pooh
I chose this quote because in school you make friends and sometimes friends go to different schools and so this quote represent things that happen through my life. All my friends went to different school and it made it hard to say goodbye knowing they were all going.
