Our Movie
Plot, Character, Setting, and Mood
· Explain what the word mood means and how/why you picked the song that you picked?
My avatar was Somewhat described as a barbie doll, so I made a slender, blonde white female character.
My group collaborated together and built a list of the most important plots in the story regarding Peter. we chose them by looking through the book and picking out the most important ones.
The setting in the story was on the island, and in the city he lives in. In the story, they jump back and forth from the island to his town.
Mood is not a feeling that is always present. a mood is a group of feelings that come and go depending on the situation. the song my group picked represents the mood of the story, as it is interesting, and intriguing.
Core Competency Reflection
· I use evidence to make judgements or decisions as demonstrated in this… I have shown this prompt by using the book as reference to our movie. I look for evidence of things that happen in the book, and put them into our movie.
· Examples of where I communicate clearly and purposefully can be seen in our movie. We all agreed on the same slides, and used our collaboration skills to build our movie, and make it organized.
· An example of when I built upon someone else’s ideas is when I saw another peer’s work in my group, and built and edited their work. in the end, our work was collectively organized.
