End of Semester reflection for MC Leadership

Being part of the multicultural leadership class has been an amazing experience. This course taught me how to work effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds, which has strengthened my ability to communicate and lead in diverse settings. It also encouraged me to think critically about the importance of inclusion and how to lead positive relationships within a team.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of the class was volunteering at Rochester. This experience was not only fun but also gave me the opportunity to apply the leadership skills I developed in class. It felt fulfilling to contribute to the community while also learning how to manage responsibilities and work collaboratively. These experiences were crucial in helping me grow as a leader.

Writing reflections throughout the course was another significant part of my learning journey. It allowed me to look back on my experiences, evaluate my progress, and identify areas where I could improve. These reflections helped me stay mindful of my personal growth and inspired me to continue building my skills. Overall, this class has been incredibly impactful, and I am grateful for the lessons it has taught me.
