Coping with stress and anxiety

I can demonstrate self-regulation and use coping strategies for stress such as my school works and tests. tests can be overwhelming at times. for this type of stress my coping method is to calm and recall what I learned and studied. one of my methods is to breath till I calm down and feel better. which help me relax, regain focus when I’m stressed.

Healthy Digital Device Use

I can make decisions and take steps to support my well-being, including a healthy and balanced lifestyle with my device time by using it for productive and useful purposes and staying away from toxic internet use like comparing myself with people on social media and limiting my screentime.
