
Reflect on how you manage stress in your life and care for your wellbeing. In particular, think about technology and if it is a cause or coping mechanism of stress for you. How has technology impacted your stress levels this year? How can you use technology to support you in you in your wellbeing?
I manage stress by taking some downtime or by meditating. I take downtime by being away from a screen and just isolating myself or reading a book. I also sometimes just sit and start scrolling on Instagram. Technology has impacted my stress levels by reducing them. It calms me down because I mainly focus on funny videos and they cheer me up. There are also times when technology increases my stress levels. For example when I am scrolling and I find a post that is very mean or so, increases my stress levels.

I participate in classroom or group activities that improve the class, school, or community.
~I am currently in leadership and VOX. I have chosen these activities because I think when you have the choice of making the school/community better, you should definitely go for it because you never know your actions might actually make a life changing moment for someone you dont even know.
I find it easy to be part of a group.
~I find it easy to be part of a group because being in a group helps me build on other people’s ideas and I can also express my ideas freely. Being in a group also helps me be more relaxed because if i am solo, all the work pressure comes on me where as the group will have all the pressure divided equally.
I am kind to others, and support others when they need it.
~Being kind is one of the most fundamental components of living. When I am kind to others (especially when they are stressed), they feel a sense of calmness knowing that they can trust me. This helps them get cooled down and stress free.
