As our technology advances further, it’s important to note that whatever we post or say, permanently stays there. Some people might think: “Well if i post this and delete it, it’s going to be permanently deleted off the face of the world, right?” Well, it’s not that simple. Wherever you go, the internet is constantly taking notes on what you’re doing and recording all of that. That’s why it’s extremely important to remember to always try to have a positive attitude. Some positive attitudes may include: adding compliments to your friends’ posts, posting positive things in general, and not saying or posting anything negative. Some negative things might be: Cyber bullying; targeting a person to make fun of or humiliating, asking them to do inappropriate things such as asking for nudes, taking certain drugs or drinks, or cause self-harm like cutting themselves or committing suicide. For anyone to avoid this, they can take measures like blocking strangers online, seeking professional help when needed, and taking off some screen time whenever able. There are so many other ways to keep yourself from the dangers of the internet. And only after you have taken precautions like those, you can enjoy some socializing and fun with it. =)
