Reflecting on My First Year

My Grade 9 Year

Beginning ninth grade may be both thrilling and intimidating. With new classes, teachers, and classmates, it’s a moment when you’re beginning again. I was a little anxious about making friends and fitting in, but then I realised that I’m not alone. It’s crucial to take the time to get to know your lecturers and fellow students, as well as to be receptive to new chances and experiences. It’s alright if you discover that you’re interested in different topics or extracurriculars now than you were in middle school. The ninth grade is a year of exploration and discovery, so it’s crucial to be open-minded and willing to try new things. You can succeed if you have a good outlook and are eager to learn.

Pancakes

Making and Sharing Reflection

Making this pancake my group and I made sure we had the exact measurements. I also made sure my pancakes were similar in size. Some important equipment we used was a rubber flipper to flip the pancakes over making sure they don’t break, a small whisk to whisk the batter all together.

My pancakes tasted amazing, they were super fluffy. I cooked them just in time they were golden brown. I shared my pancakes with my friends out side of the class, they really enjoyed them and complemented how well they tasted.

Core Competency Reflection

If the group is not productive, we can discuss how to make things better in order to get things moving in the right direction.

Pt 4:

I think I worked well with my group. I contributed to my group by asking questions and they would try to help me. I would rate my ability to work with my group a 2 because it wasn’t perfect working with my group but it would be more difficult working alone.

Core Competency Reflections:

I can describe how to save and invest my money safetly, relates to this experience I will use this when I’m older and I need to know the best ways to make myself money and save.
