

One of my strategies to use when I want to manage stress is getting involved with physical activity for example like soccer, basketball, badminton, volleyball and lots more. And getting involved with physical activity really helps me to calm me down when I am mad or forget things what I’ve done wrong in the past and that also helps me with well being. And another strategy is to play video games through using technology this helps me to calm down and it’s really enjoyable to play the game with my friends.
Core Competency Reflection
like always I find it easy to be part of a group I always try to fit in with my peers when we are working together. I always try to talk and discuss the interesting idea on that topic. I am kind to others, and support others when they need it. I always try to help my peers when they are struggling on the topic we are working on and when the teacher is somewhere else my friends always ask me for help. I participate in classroom or group activities that improve the class, school, or community. I always like to participate in classroom activities or volunteer in front of the classroom this helps me with my confidence and I get that compliment afterwards which makes me feel good.
