physics fun lab reflection questions:

A) In this lab i didn’t have a specific role, In the for a couple of the tests we did my job was to record the information on our sheet, for some others my job was to be the person doing the test like dropping the bean bag and doing the side shuffles. And when doing this lab I do not think that I was a leader, or that there was even a leader in the group, we all contributed to making decisions equally.

B) A core competency that I showed strength in was collaboration. I demonstrated this core competency when I showed I valued feedback from the other members in my group by listening and accepting their corrections when given. I also showed this competency by when I need to work collaboratively with people I don’t know well I always try and ensure that I am being kind and respectful to everyone in my group and make sure everyone’s voice is heard in discussions.

C) One core competency that I could and want to improve on is communication. Despite that my strength is collaboration and a goal of mine is making sure everyone else’s voice is heard during discussions I myself am still very quiet and do not normally speak during discussions. So this is one area where I can improve, and steps I can take to improve on this is by either providing information for the discussion or if I don’t know the subject we are talking about I can listen thoroughly and then ask questions to further expand understanding among the group about the topic that is being discussed.
