CPR Reflection

the four R’s are Risk, Recognize, React and Resuscitate

it is important to learn about this so that you know how to recognize when someone is in trouble and can react appropriately and correctly and are able to resuscitate someone if necessary.

Core Competency Reflection

Examples of where I communicated clearly and purposefully can be seen when i did my practical test, when i was instructing the bystander on what to do to help by telling them to get the AED and where to find it and how to use it while i did CPR.

One area of CPR in which I’d like to spend more time learning is how the AED shocks the heart back into a normal functioning retheme and how the heart functions, i found that very interesting and i would like to learn more if there is more to know.

In this unit, I am proud that I accomplished the final written test by studying parts of the booklet that i could remember and taking my own notes of what i remembered in class at home
