Reflection Questions- Can Violence Be Justified During a Revolution?
A) How did the use of AI assist you in developing this project
It helped me tremendously because it was able to tell me the websites that it was taking infromation from, and write 3-4 seperate paragraphs on it, 1 for each website.
B) How did you ensure that the work you created was still your own, rather than just a product of the AI
By changing it into my own words (changing wording around, getting rid of sentences that just sounded like it was generated by AI, etc.)
C) Did you agree with the position you had to argue? Why or why not?
Yes because I like to argue about why things should happen rather than why they shouldn’t happen.
Competency Reflection
Examples of where I communicate clearly and purposefully can be seen in: making a PowerPoint presentation, using stuff like perplexity.ai, or really anything that involves technology, that’s how I can communicate clearly.
When I need to work collaboratively with people I don’t know well, I: talk to them, ask them if they are fine with collaborating with me or other people, and just overall, make them feel fine to talk in a group.
I can ask and respond to questions to be an active, supportive listener.
Asking questions (relates to the 1st Core Competency.)
I can represent my learning and tell how it connects to my experiences.
Examples of where I communicate clearly and purposefully can be seen in: PowerPoint, Photoshop, any online program honestly.
Thinking
I can reflect on my thinking.
I can ask open-ended questions to gather information.
I can tell the difference between facts and opinions.
An example of something I have spent a lot of time learning about is aviation. I know it’s an out of school activity, but it is just something that i have been spending a lot of time learning about.
Personal/Social
I can show a sense of accomplishment and joy. I take pride in my work and myself
I can make choices that keep me safe in my community and online.
When I am sad, angry or frustrated, doing some deep breathing or getting a drink of water helps me be more productive or calm.
I can demonstrate respectful, inclusive behaviour.
