When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I take a short walk to refocus, listen to music that will uplift me and take a break so i can come back stronger.

Some of my preferred strategies for maintaining a healthy, balanced online presence include taking breaks from social media and my devices, remembering that not everything you see online is real, and never comparing myself to others.
By doing encouraging acts like commenting positively, and reminding others that your digital footprint stays online, I make a positive difference to my peers.
Some of the ways I work to build and maintain online relationships are putting in an effort, being positive and kind towards them, and making sure they feel safe sharing information with me and knowing I won’t tell anyone.
