My Grade 9 Year
Some words that described my first year would be stressful, challenging, tiring, and uneventful. I was stressed because I felt like I got a lot of homework, and I kept thinking I wouldn’t pass some of my tests. Most of my stress came from me psyching myself out. I kept thinking I wasn’t smart enough for my advanced classes, but I pushed through. In the moment, I didn’t like the way we did work or learned things my math class. However, looking back, I can appreciate it more because the environment made me learn and adapt quickly. This is because everyone else around me was getting it right away and it pressured me to get it right as well. Throughout my days, I’m usually tired because of sleepless nights. I also never did or went anywhere exciting for school, such as football games.

My favourite website is youtube. I use youtube for school a lot, if there is ever a topic I don’t understand, I can search it up and watch videos until I understand the topic

This is my favourite video from school because this was filmed during drama class, the day after it snowed really hard, and many people didn’t show up. This was one of the many places we explored and it was really fun. This video is from under the stage.

This is my favourite picture because it was taken when I went to SFU with the steam team. It was a great day and we all had a lot of fun. It was interesting to see everyone working on different things, especially the elementary school kids.
